Even if the other person does not use Viber or does not have internet (data), you can still call them as long as they have an active phone line. Steps to make a call: 1. Open Viber and go to the More section. 2. Select Viber Out and choose World Credits. 3. Buy a credit plan that suits you. 4. Go to your Viber contacts, select the person you want to call, and choose the Call using Viber Out option. Important Notes: The person you are calling does not need to be online. They don’t need to have Viber installed. They don’t need a phone balance (even if they have no credit, they can still receive the call). They just need an active phone line and must accept calls from +959 numbers. Sometimes, you may need to call two or three times before the call goes through. The recipient will see an "Unknown" caller ID. In some cases, the call may connect to a different international number due to network interference. If that happens, hang up and call again.
