Construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor), and they are currently seeking for Quantity Surveyor to be part of the team. JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE) Perform Quantity take-off from 3D & 2D drawings Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison Review subcontractor's progress claim and issue payment certificate. Prepare required tender document (BOQ, Subcontract Draft, SOW and etc) for subcontract selection. Manage contractual issues with subcontractors and prepare letters to subcontractors with contract manager. Process and manage internal process (Work Order, Payment Approval, etc.) using ERP system. Update internal database for detailed information and reference (Subcontract payment status, Bond status, etc.) Coordinate with other project site teams for subcontractor matters. Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENT Possesses Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Experience with LTA civil/underground projects will be advantageous.
